
The Grey Sea-Salt is harvested on the bottom of thesalt pans during a short period that goes from late June to early September.This salt becomes grey thanks to the clay in which are made the salt pans so that the salt is dyied naturally. The Grey Sea-Salt is going to store all the trace elements such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, copper, iron, zinc, all the mineral salts present in the ground and is going to preserve the iodine. The Grey Sea-Salt is mainly used for the cooking of foods (green beans, potatoes, fish and roast in pots full of salt...). Packaging : The Grey sea-Salt is conditioned in transparent plastic jars, in small bags or in box "Crude of crop".
